Furthering recent work to migrate the Sipcentric platform to new clusters running on Simwood infrastructure, this next piece of work is to migrate the API and related components. We will also increase the number of instances across multiple availability zones, for added resilience.
New instances will be phased into service progressively during the window, under constant supervision.
We do not anticipate any downtime or negative effects resulting from this migration. However, the API and portal/related apps should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance window.
