Despite making substantial progress, we were unable to safely complete the work scheduled during our previous maintenance window. Having completed additional testing since, we are now in a position to finalise this stage of the work.
We would like to reiterate that whilst we will need to restart each component for the updated config to be applied, customers having devices configured with and correctly implementing SRV records should notice no downtime whatsoever. Again, due to the nature of the work, and it needing to be performed across multiple availability zones, service should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance window.
